Medical Director and Anesthesia Lead
Dr. Slobodian is an anesthetist who completed his residency at Queen’s University and his medical school training at the University of Calgary. He primarily practices general community anesthesia but is also cross-certified in Emergency Medicine and actively works in the ER. His expertise in both fields provides him with extensive experience in the safe use of ketamine and a unique understanding of mental health conditions. In addition to his clinical work, he enjoys teaching residents and medical students as an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University. Outside of medicine, he stays active by snowboarding, running, and hiking.
Psychiatry Director
Dr. Koshy is a psychiatrist specializing in ketamine infusion therapy for treatment-resistant depression as Psychiatry Director at Ketamine Therapy Toronto. He also practices at the Centre for Mental Health at Toronto General Hospital, part of the University Health Network, providing integrated care for individuals managing both mental and physical health challenges. A Lecturer and Clinician-Teacher in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, he is dedicated to both patient care and training future mental health professionals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family, cycling, skiing, playing soccer, and savoring a good espresso.
Psychotherapy Lead
Dr. Lam is a dedicated physician with a strong interest in psychotherapy. She completed her medical degree at McMaster University and her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto. Her approach centers on compassionate, patient-centered care, providing a safe and welcoming space for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the unique stories each patient brings and continue to shape her commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive care.
Outside of work, Dr. Lam enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their two beloved dogs, ShuShu and Mikoh.
